Perfect Knot’s Collection and Use of your Information

In the course of using the Perfect Knot platform and website, we may ask users for Personal Information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, postal address, zip code, care provider’s name, and payment information, as well as other relevant information. Event/wedding planners will be asked to provide information specific to their business, such as the business name, address, telephone number, and website URL. Perfect Knot may also collect account registration information, including usernames, passwords, and answers to security questions.

Perfect Knot may also collect certain information that is not Personal Information when you visit many our site, such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, aggregate data about the number of visits to the website, and/or aggregate data about the pages visited. Perfect Knot will share order information, including the items and quantities ordered, with the User’s event/wedding planner who recommended the product(s). Perfect Knot may employ third party unaffiliated companies to perform tasks on our behalf such as credit card processors and distributors and we may share Personal Information with such service providers. we require any company with which we share Personal Information to protect data in a manner consistent with this Policy and to limit the use of such Personal Information to the performance of services for Perfect Knot. Perfect Knot may also share your information to provide products or services you’ve requested or when we have your permission. Except as provided above, Perfect Knot does not share or sell any Personal Information to any other third parties or permit third parties to use Personal Information to market their own products or services.

Perfect Knot uses the information that is not Personal Information (including Aggregate Data) to (a) improve the design and content of the website ; (b) enable Perfect Knot to personalize your online experience; (c) analyze website usage; (d) create services and/or products to fit your needs; (e) and for other commercial purposes as determined by Perfect Knot. Client Data Storage for event/wedding planner

If you are a client, you acknowledge that your use of website and platform is solely through your event/wedding planner and that Perfect Knot may share Personal Information with your event/wedding planner for the purposes of facilitating the product transaction on behalf of your planner. If you are an event/wedding planner, as part of the process of using Perfect Knot, you may obtain the email address and/or shipping address of your patients/clients. By using Perfect Knot, you agree that, with respect to other users’ Personal Information that you obtain through Perfect Knot or through a Perfect Knot-related communication or Perfect Knot-facilitated transaction, Perfect Knot hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for Perfect Knot-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages. Perfect Knot does not permit spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add the name of someone who has purchased an item from you, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent.

Perfect Knot owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Perfect Knot platform. If you are an event/wedding planner, we make no claim to the rights of your data. We retain the right to contact your clients directly for the purposes of recommending additional products or services for which they have opted-in for and where applicable, you will continue to receive commission for any sale made through Perfect Knot. We will not use your data for our own business advantage or to compete with you or market to your clients.

Cookies and Re-marketing

Like other websites, Perfect Knot uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with Perfect Knot servers, to administer the website, and for security purposes. “Cookies” are pieces of data sent from a web server through a web browser, which writes a file on your computer.
